“We are the Indian Beach Community Club, a Washington non profit corporation, operating as a homeowners association. We own, operate and manage real properties; roads, tidelands, boat ramp and beach access, as well as a residential lot, for the benefit of all our members, the owners of residential lots located within the Map of Indian Beach.
As our name asserts, we are a private residential community, located on the shore of the northern Salish Sea. Also as our name asserts, our shores were once a place of gatherings and of harvest by the indigenous Salish people. Now, our residents are stewards of this magical place. Our mission, as owner of properties that serve our members, is to operate those properties so as to help preserve, promote and protect the magic of this place. “

The IBCC Homeowners Association is a governing body that administers our community’s business matters, including management of assets, administration of maintenance, and administration of financial matters.  See “Members Area” for a detailed explanation under “Board Members”.
